Mellow Monks
"We express ourselves through the vibe of electronic music" - That's how Daniel "Danny" Ogl and Sediq Pawis "Pash" Rahiq aka. Mellow Monks explain their motivation for making music.
The two guys, based in Munich, have had a remarkable rise as DJs in the last few years.
They were playing on international festivals and big stages in Europe and Asia for a long time.
Danny and Pawis crossed paths in 2005 after being part of the early techno movement end of the nineties.
The musical chemistry clicked into place, and they became a Techno DJ duo as Danny & Pash.
They started a new chapter in their musician life after traveling to Asia and got deeper touch to the Psytrance Scene end of two-thousands.
In 2011, they named their Psytrance project to Mellow Monks.
Their style is characterized by powerful and energetic psytrance, with a touch of progressive elements, forceful - but always with a mass of groove.
The euphoric atmosphere on the dancefloor is significant for Mellow Monks which is catching the audience from start to the end.
Mellow Monks are not only musicians, but they are also head of the Psychedelic Happiness Festival – a well-known and good established Psytrance Festival in Munich. Home
